Loft Acquario

Ευγενική οικοδέσποινα.

Δυστυχώς δεν καταφέραμε να μείνουμε στο κατάλυμα και αναγκαστήκαμε να κλείσουμε άλλο ξενοδοχείο! Με το που φτάσαμε στην περιοχή διαπιστώσαμε αμέσως ότι πρόκειται για παρά πολύ κακή γειτονιά της Γένοβας. Οι δρόμοι ήταν βρώμικοι, υπερβολικά στενοί , σκοτεινοί και με μια απαίσια μυρωδιά ούρων. Ο κόσμος που κυκλοφορούσε ήταν τρομακτικός, ενώ υπήρχαν φασαρίες και τσακωμοί στο δίπλα δρόμο. Παρόλο που προσπαθήσαμε να εντοπίσουμε το κατάλυμα ήταν τόσο τρομακτικά τα στενά σοκάκια που καταλήξαμε ότι δεν μπορούμε να μείνουμε σε καμία περίπτωση εκεί. Η κριτική δεν αφορά το εσωτερικό του καταλύματος (το οποίο μπορεί να είναι ικανοποιητικο) καθώς δεν μείναμε εκεί.

The position of the loft is very good, it's really in the center of the old town, close to the train station, to the public transport and the sights. The apartman is newly renovated. The double bed is comfortable. There is 2 air conditions in the place and you have to use them together otherwise the non working device has very strange noises. The owner was very kind and flexible regarding to the check-in.

The loft is in an old house, it has no natural light and there is no possibility for ventillation. The bathroom is nice but extremely tiny. There is a washing machine but no manual how to use it. Perhaps it can also dry.

The apartment was clean and freshly renovated.

Though it was in the very center of the city, the neighborhood was awful. There were a lot of homeless people nearby and we had to get home through the dirt they left and hear their noise during the day and night. There were 3 windows in the flat, but no breath of fresh air as they all opened up on dark and dirty walls.
