I have stayed here before so this 2nd review already tells that it is fully worth a return visit. The cabin is an independent unit on a the site of a rural home. It is basic but comprehensive at the same time. For a short stay or just overnight it has all you could reasonably expect. It is great value for money and to me it is a Gem! I haven't rated it at 10 as that suggests that it can't be beaten, I had no interaction with the hosts, there was no need to so I have not rated the Staff.

The only thing I can say, is the 'antiquated' and random selection of DVD's for the TV. Not the end of the world really but it does help the evening go by...

"All in all it was a good place to stay."

Good location just outside of town, friendly and helpful staff.

Couldn’t get gas hob going, even though there appeared to be gas in the bottle? It wasn’t a major problem as we just used the microwave and our own portable gas cooker.

"A very Generous Host."

Our welcome by the owners, 2 young boys { 7 & 8 } was excellent. We had a very good chat with the owner when he came to the Cabin. The facilities were very useful and the full oven. A large selection of DVDs were available to view as well as normal TV channels. A very generous host.

Would not be accessible by wheelchair.

Clean, tidy and cosy cabin. The hosts were lovely and friendly! Would definitely book again.

Very difficult to find the accommodation in the area, the WiFi wouldn't connect and no plug for the sink in the bathroom.

The only good thing was it was quiet and the exceptional greeting I got from the chicken and cat. The chicken jumped into my car.

No hot water. Gas stove did not work. Woke up to big cockroach on the kitchen counter.
