the minimum necessary for a night's stay in Cape Town

the accommodation is located in an unfortunate position, far from the attractions of the city, the surroundings are unpleasant and quite dangerous. The guesthouse is actually an hourly motel and in the room only a towel and soap are provided. There is nothing to put your luggage on, no windows, there are grates on the doors, to get out you have to ask the managers for the key, almost as if it were a prison... From a tourist point of view it is not at all attractive. No parking in the area, except in front of a petrol station. The showers and kitchen are of poor quality

There was no table, cupboard /wardrobe, mirror in the room Toilet and shower was outside Wi-Fi was buffering Couldn't watch TV no remote

We were told they can't accommodate us since the guest house is full, we tried to request for refund they denied and said ebookings should be the one refunding us, we tried to cancel but couldn't go through, until the option for canceling was not there. Ended up sleeping in the car

We were robbed our money because we didn't sleep at the guest house, as they said is full, and we were not given our money back.

I had to pay R270 at the property because they didn't know I had a booking,I'm not happy with booking.com services

The WiFi was the most horrible, the location is not secure, the staff were very rude, if you want value for your money, I’d advice you not to consider this guesthouse

The place is noisy talk to your guest to respect other guests
