Fethiye Villa

Spacious. Very nice pool although we were too early in the year to make use of it. Pleasant balcony with good furniture. Good heating and a/c system

We were a party of 12 adults….5 couples and 2 single people. All of the bedrooms were for 3 people although Villa advertised for 16. Bed covers very old and need replacing. Insecure. We reported that one of the external doors didn’t lock but nothing was done. Dangerous hot water. Showers were either cold or scalding. Nothing done

It was difficult to figure out where the house keys were waiting for us, and the taxi drivers didn't know anything either. But we called out to neighbors and somehow we got through the gate.

Прекрасный вариант для группы. Легко заселили, без депозита, выезд тоже был без каких-то проблем. Бассейн чудесный, чистый, можно купаться всю ночь без ограничений. На заднем дворе мангал, что тоже хорошо.

Далеко от моря, но мы ехали на яхту, поэтому близость моря нам была не важна.

The bus service and the fresh bread shop were very convenient

Es war sauber und wirklich groß. Wir waren 13 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder. Es war wirklich ausreichend. Jeder Raum ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.Es standen uns 2 Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung. . Das Haus war sehr sauber. Betten sind bequem. Es gibt ausreichend gute Bäder (schlechter Wasserdruck) . Lage: 5min mit dem Auto zum Strand Çalış. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Mehr Geschirr und Putzlappen, küchentücher wären toll gewesen. Wir haben allerdings vor Ort nicht angefragt. Wahrscheinlich hätten wir diese erhalten. Nach Besen und Abzieher haben wir gefragt und bekommen. Ein Wäscheständer wäre auch toll gewesen. Duschen ist allerdings wegen geringem Wasserdruck echt schwierig. Wir wuasten, dass es nicht einfach geändert werden kann. Haben es nicht angesprochen. Würde es den netten Besitzern empfehlen. Dann ist es eine 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. There were 9 of us ranging from 16-84 years old and there was plenty of room for us all. Three of the rooms have en suites, although one just has a shower and no toilet. There are lots of toilets! The villa is in a quiet area, away from the hustle of main town Fethiye and it costs around 600lira by cab or 50lira per person by dolmus bus to travel into Fethiye. You can easily order a cab from the nice hotel S Cape at the bottom of the road and it’s useful for cab drivers to drop you off there. Calis beach is not far away and Olundeniz is around 30 minutes by car. We didn’t have a car and made use of the bus and taxis. There is an amazing bakery about 10 minutes walk away and it’s cheap too. Opposite the bakery is the shop 101 which sells most of what you need. The pool was especially brilliant and deep for those of us who are a bit short, we bought two noodle floats which we have left at the villa and hoping the owner will leave for future guests. We cooked a lot and enjoyed eating on one of the two balconies- there are two living rooms. There are air conditioning units in every room. Tip: bring some clothes pegs if you want to do washing as there isn’t many provided. There are two washing lines in the back garden. A lovely, we think pregnant, white and silver tabby cat came into the garden and we started feeding her. She’s really shy and very sweet and cat food isn’t expensive, so if any future guests who are cat lovers, see her, let’s look after her.

Only a little toilet roll and washing up liquid was included and we had to buy everything else. Perhaps this is usual in Turkey? Tea towels would have been useful and some dishwasher tablets and washing up sponges, but we bought them all at the local shop. Bedside table lamps would be a nice addition, as the only lights in the rooms are the main overhead ones. A dustpan and broom would also be useful. The showers go from extreme hot to cold with the tiniest of movements. If we did we have any concerns though, such as the kettle which was broken, they were replaced/fixed on the same day.

This villa had potential with its spacious layout, multiple bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, enclosed courtyard, BBQ grill, parking, and a nice pool, which suited our group of 9. However, the experience was marred by significant issues and poor host service.

The hot water failed completely half way through our visit, with only lukewarm water and low pressure initially. Despite notifying the host half way through our stay, the issue persisted, impacting our ability to shower and clean kitchen utensils as requested for checkout. The host asked us to troubleshoot, which felt unreasonable and claims he sent a maintenance man. He never fixed it and says he doesn't "know about the water business." Yet he is running a short term rental; nonsense! After we checked out, he promptly accused us of turning off a hot water valve, which was a complete lie (we had no idea where it was and it's preposterous). Regardless, he had plenty of time to respond to HIS PROPERTY PROBLEM but did not. See pictures of cold and hot water faucet (hot water barely trickles). The downstairs master bathroom stunk like a SEWER, forcing us to switch bathrooms. Basic amenities were lacking: no drying rack for clothes despite a washer, no laundry or dishwasher detergent, no indoor trash cans (forcing us to use grocery bags and dispose of trash 50 meters away), and no paper towels or rags for spills. Only 5 small rolls of toilet paper were provided, and the host refused to supply more, telling us to buy our own. Additional towels for our group were only provided after long delay. Very strict military style rationing and quick to say we were the problem for even asking. The reception was brief, with no tour of the villa, and the host’s strict warnings about cleaning up and noise (with posted signs threatening police action) felt unwelcoming. Check-in was suddenly delayed to 3:30 PM from the advertised 3:00 PM while we were en route. Checkout is early. You need to rent a car. Nothing is close by and taxis are expensive (15+ euros) The host was unresponsive, rude and seemed inconvenienced by our requests. The lack of basic necessities, unresolved maintenance issues and the host made this stay awful. I cannot recommend this property at...

There is nothing not to like it is amazing it is around 15 euro taxi from Fethiye centre (18 mins ).
