"A hint of luxury"

The appartment has a great location. We had a wonderful Holiday there. The Owner is really kind and helpful and flexible. The beach is amazing. It is very close. Clean and not crowdy. Our 5 year old son also enjoyed it a lot. We are grateful.

"The unbearable weight of massive temperatures. In summer without air conditioning."

The location is almost perfect. The terrace view is incredible. And the host... is great, for the most part. The apartment is very clean, the beds are comfortable. But all this disapears when you'll learn in 35 degrees heat, that there is no air conditioning. If you'll get here by the end of the summer, or there will be 25 degrees, go for it, because it's a very nice apartment. Otherwise:

THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. The booking site tells you there is, the host tells you there is "kind of", but make no mistake. There isn't. That's the problem. In a 35 degrees heatwave, there literally is no escape to your hotel to cool off. What's worse, when confronted about it at the end of our stay, the owner told us that he will take down the air conditioning info from the booking, but he didn't. He had several days to do it, but he didn't. (I'm sorry man, you're nice and all, but we DID told you that it's cheating people and you had your chance, hence, the negative review).
