Nice, quite and really clean environment. Really warm atmosphere. We appreciate the extra effort - cake 😊.

Sometimes there was no warm water in the shower anymore. On the second day of our stay everything felt damp because of the humidity, and our clothes did too. But that’s hard to avoid given the local conditions.

The location is very good, and the cleaning was consistent and very good daily. The stuff and owner very nice and helpful, always there to help if needed.

The room is pretty small, so it is not very comfortable if you stay for a lot of days.

Clean Comfortable Modern

We had the most amazing stay in the Seaside house! We rented the apartment with private bathroom and kitchen and the amenities there were beyond expectations, the kitchen was so well equipped that we could cook anything there. The room was perfectly clean and it was also cleaned during our stay upon request, the number of towels and blankets was also more than enough. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful and left some breakfast stuff for us in the room for our late check in. There are a lot of parking spots at the entrance to the building and across the street.

Muy céntrico para ir caminando hasta el casco urbano. Fácil conexión y accesibilidad para moverte por la isla, que debido a la ubicación está todo a media hora o 40 minutos hacia el este u oeste. La habitación, pese a estar situada al lado de una carretera con tráfico constante, es silenciosa y se descansa perfectamente Es fácil estacionar.

One of the best guesthouses we’ve ever stayed in! It is well-maintained, with many kitchen amenities, thoughtful details like plastic containers to borrow for food storage. You feel like the host put effort to think about guests feeling comfortable. The common areas are cleaned daily, and the staff was even treating us to cakes every few days. The location is central and very convenient, with free public parking right outside and nearby. Highly recommended!

I loved everything : location, impeccable cleanliness in my private standard studio as well as common area, which is very nicely decorated and , again, spotlessly clean. Once I came in the house and the studio , I felt so good and comfortable thanks to lovely smell and such a nice and tasteful decor. Everything was like in the description and pictures , even better! I am also very grateful for the possibility of early check-in, many thanks . As for the location : Very convenient , shops ( eg, SPAR market and bars /restaurants 5 min. ) ; Easy and pleasant walk to the city center along the watrefront , abt. 15-20 minutes.walk ; You can also make a very nice walk in the opposite direction to beautiful Sao Roque beach with black sand. It takes some 20 minutes , more or less, the route is peaceful and relaxing , no need to hurry , believe me ! Public transport: one bus stop is in the front of the building, others 3- 5 minutes walk. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I felt comfortable even after dark, what is very important for solo traveler woman like me . Communication with Rui and Rodina was excellent , they are so kind , friendly and helpful hosts. Summing up, I definitely recommend Seaside House and I do hope to come back !

Everything was just great .

The communication with the host was good, we were allowed to check-in a bit earlier. I got a fast reply to everything I asked. The room was just like the photos and you had everything you needed.

There was no heading system. I was unable to find this information in the description of the priority. You had many blankets but the room was still cold in the morning and at night. Maybe it's better in the summer. For adults it was manageable but if you're traveling with a child I would recommend something else.
