I will start the review stating that this is the third time that I have booked this property, so I clearly like the place. The check in/out process is very smooth and the host is very responsive. I was allowed to check in about one hour earlier than the normal check in time. Both previous times I have booked it over summer time and I truly loved staying here. This time I stayed longer and during the winter season. Fly Residence is a fantastic apartment located centrally, on the main boulevard of the city, next to the city theatre. So location is perfect, no matter where you’re trying to get to. The place is clean and looks exactly like shown in the pictures. Has beautifully design and is decorated with functional furniture that looks pretty as well. The living room/kitchen area is an open space but it’s quite large and accommodating. You have a small fridge, electric cooking stove, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, big sink to clean dishes, washing machine, drying rack for clothing, steam iron and ironing board, hanging and storage area as you enter the apartment. Above the entrance door there’s an AC unit but this time the remote for it was missing, so I don’t know if it still working. During previous stays, it was working, we used it to cool down during the summer high heat. You have a flat TV on the wall in the living area, if you want to watch TV. A sofa and a small coffee table with 2 remote controller for TV. I personally don’t watch TV, but I know most people do! The bedroom has a very comfortable, large size bed, nice size wardrobe with several hangers and shelves, a big standing mirror, nightstands with reading lamps at both sides of the bed and dark curtains to block out street lighting for a good night sleep. The bathroom is a bit on the smaller size, good size shower, small sink and bathroom radiator. It has hair dryer and a decent size storage cupboard with external mirrors for toiletries.

As mentioned above, I have stayed here before, on other occasions, but during summer months and I was thrilled with my accommodation experiences. This time I had a problem with the temperature in the apartment. For me it was set too low, I understand that everyone has different preferences regarding the optimal indoor temperature, like with everything in life. It was set around 22-23 Celsius degrees. I think that this is common practice in the city to have it set remotely on a certain temperature but I would have preferred to be able to set it for myself especially for overnight, when the temperatures were well below zero and I felt cold. If there’s anything to fault the property for, it’s this.
