MYMYOverall everything is ok. The house design is really nice. 5 rooms quite comfortable for family of 16-17 pax stays. Host siap bagi jaring baru lagi untuk BBQ. Tq sangat2 membantu. Only 2 thing I'm not happy. Pls refer below section
1. Loud Noise from Neighbouring Houses The house rules state: “After midnight, no music/loud noise. Please be considerate.” However, during 2 nights of our stay, the neighbours from the houses next door were having parties and making a lot of noise. On the first night, I woke up at 4am because of very loud music coming from the neighbouring area. When I went to the pool area, I found that the noise was coming from the house on the right side (if standing between the house and the pool, facing the pool). They were playing loud music and being extremely noisy. On the second night, the same thing happened again. This time, both the houses on the left and right sides were noisy. My brother has a small baby, and the baby was crying all night and couldn’t sleep . because of the loud noise. Luckily I choose the 2nd room from front. My other siblings and their babies were getting the back room, which near to the noise area. I felt sorry for them because their babies couldn’t sleep throughout the night due to the noise. I understand that the house rules only apply to the property itself, but perhaps the host could coordinate with A’Famosa management or security patrols to help monitor and reduce excessive noise from neighbouring units late at night. This would greatly improve the experience for families and guests who want a peaceful stay. 2. Low Water Pressure for Shower The shower water pressure was very weak whenever the swimming pool water system/pipeline was being used. When the pool water was running, the whole house experienced poor shower pressure. Guests had to choose between using the pool or taking showers comfortably. Suggestion It would be helpful if the host could install a separate water pump for the showers or improve the water pressure system. Otherwise, guests may need to schedule separate times for pool use and showering.

SGThe toilet rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the fabric at the base of the living room sofa was slightly torn.
The rear glass door lock is faulty. Some room curtains have minor defects.
MYThe villa fits perfectly for my family gathering, we love the rooms, pool, family area and even the kitchen has most of the utensils that we need for our BBQ session. Overall its clean.
Not so much of disliking but more to the uncomfortable view of adjacent villa converted into a housekeeping office. Overall we are cool with it.

long route via main gate of A Famosa Resort and google maps shows shorter route but unfortunately it was closed.

MYThe house is really clean and comfortable house to stay, including the toilet. All the cooking equipment is well prepared and is good for big families to stay.
The swimming pool need to be extra clean. Overall, everything's okay.
