Villa Tropica

The owner is super nice, helpful, and really enthusiastic about providing a good service. He provided a good service and also went beyond giving travel advice. The room was also correct, with a comfortable bed and good decorations. The hotel also has a restaurant so it is very convenient.

It’s a bit noisy with dogs and cockerel’s, but then so is almost everywhere in Cambodia! Just worth noting

Homely atmosphere ,very friendly and informative staff. Andy the ower is a good pool player but lets the customers win to make them happy. Bar on site with pool ,chess ,backgamon and darts. Excellent Khymer restaurant opposite that serves cheap but delicious food.rormork to town centre only £1.

No t.v. in the room, but the banter at the bar is enough to keep you entertained

Really nice new hotel run by a friendly owner who clearly cares a lot. Room was comfortable and clean. A short walk from the central town area but such good value overall. We didn’t eat there but the bar area and pool were excellent for relaxing.

Rooms were clean, comfortable memory foam mattresses, lots of hot water for shower. Clean swimming pool. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Burgers were good. Large bar area with pool table. Scooter rental and mini store really close. I think this is a great place for young couples or single travellers. Overall this is a 7.5-8/10. For reference we are a Canadian family of four with two teenagers

Rooms are on the small size and lacked a fridge. Pool was too cold to use (January). Food was good but it took 1.5 hrs for four burgers. While downtown is within walking distance you are going to want to rent a scooter. We felt the vibe of the place was better suited for singles or young couples rather than families.

Amazing host! Very friendly, welcoming and Knowledgeable! Double bed rooms are amazing! Lots of space and great lightning and a nice spacious bathroom! If I'm ever back in kampot this is where I'll be staying!

The accommodation is so new, clean and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Really a great deal.

My stay at Villa Tropica was truly exceptional. The owner built this place with an eye for detail and lots of love. The serene atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and convenient location close to the center provided a perfect stay. The outdoor pool offered refreshing relaxation, and Andy and his team provided exceptional service, offering personalized recommendations for exploring Kampot. Overall, Villa Tropica was the perfect place for my stay in Kampot

I should have tried out more of their food and drinks menu :-)
