We stayed in kaatil homes for 1 day, it is quiet a wonderful experience. The host treated us good. Personal bike also given by host for rent to explore the varkala. Room are tidy and clean. Checkin and checkout are very easy, if you arrive early then host will arrange for a luggage storage and you can explore and then check in.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bed sheets were clean, the personel was helpful and always present and the smart tv was working! 5minutes walking to main Varkala promenade.

There is a reason why they don’t show the toilet photos anywhere. It was rather rejecting. It was not clean, the walls had dirt on them. Everytime we turned on the kettle the whole power in room was turned off. The neighborhood is rather creepy and full of garbage.

Absolutely fantastic service! The room was spotless, fully equipped, and beautifully designed – just like the photos.

Stayed here for my solo Varkala trip and this place is amazing. The host Saju was very kind and helpful. This place is very near to all the hotspots in varkala. It’s walking distance to the Varkala beach. Would recommend to stay here and will definitely come back here when I come for my surfing trip next 💯

The a vin my room was making very bad niose....upon telling the same the guy says to turn of the swing mode...than what is use of having the swing mode...2nd day even after putting of the swing mode the sound coutinuited more and lound we had to sleep with out ac..when I personally met the staff he says very convinently those ac needs ro be serviced. But before the checkout rime he calls and say you have ro checkout by 11.00 that he did it promtely.. The bathroom had not window henace jo air flow and had bad stench.. On the checkin day...the room was tidy but the bathroom was wet...had to call the staff yo clean..
