The kitchen didn’t have the output for kettle. WINDOWS WERE SHIMMERY, you couldn’t see via the window. Also, serranda were broken for the bedroom window, so for all those 3 days it was dark. Furthermore, in the bathroom, instead of soap, we got only one of those hotel shampoo samples. it was one shampoo sample for 3 days, for 2 people.

Unfortunately, this was the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a negative review. As soon as we entered the apartment, we noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though it’s listed as a non-smoking property. I’m allergic, so this was a serious issue. We contacted the host immediately, who apologized and said someone would come to take care of it. No one ever showed up, and we never heard back. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, with large windows facing the street, it wasn’t possible to leave them open due to safety, privacy, and the heat. Without air conditioning and with temperatures over 30 °C, the space became suffocating. The weak bedroom fan was on the entire stay but didn’t make a difference. (I wouldn’t recommend the place as it is — and definitely not during the summer months.) The internet wasn’t working either. We tried restarting the modem, but there was no connection. We reported this as well, and once again, nothing was done. We spent as much time as possible outside to avoid the discomfort. Other issues included an uncomfortable mattress, a bed that creaked with every small movement during the night, no utensils to wash dishes, and an insufficient supply of toilet paper. Cleanliness was the only thing we found acceptable. I usually prefer to give constructive feedback directly to hosts, but this time, it simply didn’t feel worth the effort. Guests are expected to follow every rule, and we expect (and often get) at least a minimum level of hospitality. It’s a shame it wasn’t the case this time.
