"It was a good value but feel like beds need an upgrade."

Location and cleanliness

Check out at 10am is early for senior citizens. It should be charged to 11am like all hotels. This was the main reason I couldn’t rate the property as excellent or exceptional.

Living room was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The wonder of wide angle less I guess. It was cosy for 4 people. It would be very crowded for six people.

"Nice quiet, clean and the location was within walking distance to all services."

Barbecue out back is great for dinners. Walking distance to a great Mexican Restaurant and the grocery store is right across the street. If you have a well behaved pet they are welcome.

Good Location in Kanab. Very clean home with everything you need for a great vacation. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Very close to everything in town and to all the NP around. We highly recommend this place for a short stay in Kanab!!

The bedroom floors were very creaky which made it a little harder with our baby but it’s just a detail. Everything else was great!!
