Very worst experience I had in my life. After booking and payment made, property owner informed me that the villa had already booked and asked me to request to cancel booking and the refund will be made by booking.com in 2-3 days. Then I said I won't cancel and asked to refund the amount. After long struggle, he refunded the money to my GPay account. Later, I applied to cancel my booking to avoid conflicts/misuse, since room was booked in my name and thought of refund the amount to the property owner once I get it from booking.com. Ive attached the screenshot of the reply from the property owner.

Timing mgt is not well

Nice locarion, but very far from munnar. Takes around 1.5 to 2 hrs to reach there. Plan accordingly. Hospitability was very nice. Shops are nearby and they provide food by buying it from local shops if requested. Overall we had a nice and peaceful stay.

Very far from Munnar. It will seem near by considering km, just arnd 12 kms but ghat roads are very winding and lot of traffic jams. U cannot go more than 10 kph. So it takes a lot of time to reach there

The location was good. Surrounded by nature. Good property - clean and beautiful.

The road connectivity is poor. Roads are very narrow. We were travelling in Innova and it was a hassle for us
