Location was great. Nice and quiet. Very clean. I liked that there was no carpeting. Great kitchen facility if I’d been staying longer.

I was surprised there wasn’t a hair dryer. Could have used more heat in the bathroom during my shower.

It was clean and a great location.

Well check in took forever as they gave our room to someone else. It took a while to get it straightened out. I just don’t see how that happened as you need ID to Check in. I was terribly annoyed and worried if the other people were going to be charged or if I got charged double. Very stressful

Everything, staff was nice, rooms were clean, and welcoming, I would recommend it to everyone.

Paid 50 unrefundable for cleaning fee for dog and 20 for dog fee per night. I understand both of these fees aIthough I think 50 is way high for one 5 pound chihuahua which I have compared to say a 50 pound plus dog. Anyway … I paid all fees and expected for my 50 to have a clean room for us and our pet. Yeah right / floor was filthy with a lot of hair everywhere. I tried to wipe some of it up off the floor with a wash cloth and it was black when I got done/ at least floors were laminate and I wonder how long it’s been since they’ve been moped. Also looked under beds and there were food pieces and garbage under the beds along with lots more hair. Will never stay again!!! I mentioned at check out and she said oh sorry I’ll have them clean better. No offering of a discount or anything. I feel like I just donated 50 dollars. Would have asked for a different room but figured next pet room would just be the same. Hallways were also muddy.
