Schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und Komfort. In der unmittelbaren Nähe der Altstadt und dem Zentrum von Termoli gelegen. Sehr netter und jederzeit hilfsbereiter Vermieter(Luigi), wirklich ein top Service. Wasser, Kaffee, Tee und lokales Gebäck auf dem Zimmer.

Etwas hellhöriges Gebäude und bei unruhigen und lauten Zimmernachbarn etwas nervend.

It was absolutely perfect, Luigi the owner was the most accommodating landlord, I struggled a bit with the techs legalities of all the online forms but he sorted everything and made it all so simple! The rooms are perfect, clean, tidy and minimalistic, I would recommend that a group of guests stay here, they’d be close but still have their own space and it’s sooooo close to all the restaurants, beach, etc. I can’t fault this place whatsoever, I had an amazing stay!
