Not clean, hair on floors and on carpets, small rooms.
ZAMops and buckets left everywhere - nobody around to assist. WiFi very weak
ZAZAThe staff, the lady is easily accessible, she is kind and when she has done a mistake she is well trained to handle your inquiry. Good customer service skill.
It was not neccessarily what i did not like but the set up of the room, it has an outside bathroom, its not that far it's just 3m away but i would have preferred to have it inside but i understand it had everythiung to do with the option i chose.
