Villa Incanto, Relax & Private Pool

The property is very spacious and super clean. It’s easy to check in and check out. All the rooms have AC, the kitchen is fully equipped. The garden is really big and really pretty. We had a very pleasant stay.

Villa immersa nella campagna di Cisternino, completamente recintata, fantastico per noi che viaggiamo con il nostro cagnolone. La casa è pulitissima, grande ed il giardino e piscina con vista su Locorotondo fantastica. In casa c’è tutto quello che serve per passare una bellissima vacanza. Torneremo sicuramente.

Villa incroyable au cœur de la vallée d’itria. Ici vous êtes au centre de tout, parfait pour visiter les villages aux alentours sans faire beaucoup de route (locorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello, cisternino, Ostuni…) La villa est très joliment décorée, extrêmement propre. 2 grandes chambres, beaucoup de rangements. Une salle de bain et une douche avec vue. La Clim est très appréciable et fonctionne très bien dans toutes les pièces. Des petits cadeaux de bienvenu étaient dans le frigo et l’accueil de Maria était très agréable. La piscine est incroyable avec une très belle vue sur la vallée et le soir le coucher de soleil. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis bien durant notre séjour. Un centre commercial est accessible en moins de 5/10mn ou l’on peut tout trouver. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très bon, merci encore !

The location and grounds of the villa were exceptionally pretty. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Good supermarkets in Locorotondo- only 3 miles away.

Despite us using the pool robot to clean the pool floor every day and the net, the pool quickly became clouded and full of bugs. More maintenance required. For a family of four the one bathroom and loo was manageable. If however we had been a family of six or three couples it wouldn’t have been sufficient.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Maria, our incredible host. From the moment we booked our holiday, Maria was attentive, responsive, and eager to ensure our stay would be perfect. Upon arrival, Maria greeted us warmly and provided a thorough tour of the villa, making sure we were familiar with all the amenities and features. She went above and beyond by leaving a lovely welcome basket filled with local treats and essentials, which made us feel right at home. Maria was always available to assist us with any questions or needs. Whether it was providing recommendations for the best local restaurants, helping arrange transportation, or suggesting hidden gems to explore, she was always ready to help with a smile. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable and made our holiday experience even more special. What stood out the most was Maria’s genuine warmth and hospitality. She truly cared about making our stay memorable and comfortable. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The villa comes with all the amenities one could wish for—fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and even a few thoughtful extras like pool towels and a welcome basket. There’s also a fantastic outdoor dining area where we enjoyed our meals while taking in the breathtaking views. It is simply spectacular! The pool is well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery, offering complete privacy. Whether you want to take a refreshing dip, lounge by the poolside with a book, or enjoy a sunset swim, this pool is perfect. The area around the pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, a shaded lounge area.. Maria, you are a fantastic host! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable.
