Very helpful

The host was accommodating to give us the room early and let us leave luggage after check out.

The room was smaller than pictured, and common/kitchen area pictured was blocked as private. The street noise was loud as the balcony door doesn’t seal well, which also allowed mosquitoes in! The pillows were also particularly uncomfortable.

Once we found our quarters, it was perfect. The check in process was slightly obscure, and not clearly spelled out as far as I could tell, but once we figured everything out, the place was clean, comfortable and very well situated.

Communication through booking is only in Italian. The link to fill out a form with ID cards is also in Italian and there is no option to change the language. We had previously requested parking, but we did not receive confirmation and a location until the last moment. We had to park elsewhere.
