Purity

It's a really nice place! Fist of all, location. It's a really nice street of small houses with flowering trees in their small gardens. Really beautiful! Also you can easily get to downtown (even just walking), to cosy and good restaurants, to a near small shop etc. A few minutes and you you can pleasantly eat traditional Serbian cuisine. And I see those streets seem quite safe, that is super important when you have a few after a diner in a restaurant) Second point is the flat. Really cosy, warm and comfortable. Fully-equipped of cause. And clean. And there are two types wi-fi connection (that is cool!): 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. The last point is the landlord. Really polite and kind! And speaking in English fluently (that's really helpful)! If you have a one week business trip, it's the best choice taking into account really good price and nice quality!

If you use to go to bed early (before 22:00), street noise can disturb you a bit. But after 22:00 those streets become silent and peaceful so I think that's not a problem.

I liked the location and kindness of the owner. I felt like being at home.
