The staff was friendly. The breakfast and staff were good. Location was good.

The room was very small and it smelled very bad. We notified staff but nothing changed. We were unable to stay in the room the last 3 nights. TV was not working.

Nos ubicaron 4 piso y en 5 piso estaba los servicios de desayuno...mucho ruido

I had a disappointing experience at Inka Lam Hotel in Cusco. There was a significant issue of overbooking on their part, which they overlooked in the system. As a result, I was transferred to the Empire Hotel, located a few blocks away, on my first day. This was very tiring, especially since I had a tour scheduled the next day and had to transfer again. This overbooking and the resulting transfer caused unnecessary inconvenience and negatively impacted my overall comfort and experience. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the situation was beyond their control. It seems the hotel might overbook to maximize occupancy and revenue, but this practice can lead to significant dissatisfaction for guests. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you value your time and convenience. Such issues can be quite stressful, and I hope others will reconsider booking here to avoid similar problems.

El cuarto es muy grande

El agua caliente se demoraba demasiado en calentar y por la mañana no hubo agua caliente. A la 1 am aproximadamente no hubo energía en ningún tomacorriente de la habitación.
