The room shown in the website are different its bit old and dingy. Staff and owner are friendly. But they at least need to renovate the apartment to be worth the price someone pays.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Philomena, hosted by Vibhor Gupta, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Vibhor was an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. From the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped amenities, everything was thoughtfully curated to provide maximum comfort. The location was ideal, offering both convenience and tranquility, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I highly recommend Casa Philomena and Vibhor Gupta to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Let's start with the Property don't have a proper front desk ....so if any query we have to reach out to person personally and it was so inconvenient...the facilities is not for family as the smoking was s allowed every where.....some time we use to feel choked with the smoking smell in the lobby.... thankfully they dint allow to drink in the facility common area....the room was big but pathetic...it was very dirty....the bed were not clean the door were rustic the balcony windows were damaged. The light was horrible...they claimed to have Tv and Wifi I dint get any of them for all 3 days ....as the care taker was helpless and not knowing thing fully...for any query he use to tell to call the owner who was not in town...the claimed to have Washing machine, Air dryer I dint find any..,they don't allow pets but there were cats roaming all over property.....the furniture was spoiled and broken.....the power connection were broken too..Moving to bathroom it was super dirty....I think they should think of cleanliness seriously. The tap were broken bost was basin and bath.....Hot water was not working all the time and I need to go down to check with the care taker....he use to come and do some desi jugad to get it started ..but it happed all 3 days just imagine how inconvenient... Wardrobe was like from some 1300 Era ....Broken Rustic Unhygienic dirty and what not... We don't even thought of getting our clothes in the wardrobe...We used our bags only....I had chat with the owner only once and felt is super rude....he was asking me the money to pay upfront as if i was running without paying....not to mention I paid advance even as booking.com dint mention any where .....if he has trust issue and so many worrying reason he should delist the property from booking.com. Fortunately I was with my family....had I been with my friend I don't know what would I have done
