The location was amazing with a beautiful view

Everything was excellent. I will be back again. The only shortcoming was two nights that it was really cold and the heaters in the closet were not enough. However every other category was top notch,

Lack of heat.

There is like ten pages of property rules and there is no visitors allowed. You need to take your own garbage at checkout. They require for guest to wear bracelets and leave id at security. There was practically one roll of toilet paper we went and bought more. Had a hard time showering no hot water it was hard to manage till second day.

The access was easy, had to follow the instructions from the security guard, they provided the key to the facilities and used a code to access the apartment. Location was great, needed something centric between Tijuana, Tijuana Beach and Puerto Nuevo, so it was just the right location. The view from the room was wonderful, although we didn't spend much time in the room, the little time we were there we enjoyed it.

Couldn't stream directly from the TV in the living room, had to use my phone to share on the screen, which is fine, WIFI signal was strong so no issues. The TV in room could stream from the apps.

Nice view, and sound of the ocean right there. We slept so well!!!
