Very clean and tidy, and had all the bits we needed. We arrived at night for into the lock box easily, opened the door and found everything we needed. In the morning woke up and opened the curtains and there spread out in front of us was a magnificent view of the marina. Contacted the owners to ask a favour and not only did they say yes they encouraged us to use their facilities for breakfast.

I'm a big guy and found the double bed a bit small for my frame, but even saying that they must have been comfy, as I had a good night's sleep.
