The location, and the comfort of the apartment. It had everything we needed and the host was helpful and very responsive.

The location was fantastic really, really close to the old town between the Rocca and the beach, couldn't have asked for more :) The view from the top suite was also amazing and in general facilities were quite comfortable

There were some issues with the original suite booked, thankfully the host reacted quickly and tried to fix the situation, but I'd recommend booking specifically the Relax and Comfort suites.

The sofa bed downstairs wasn't quite comfortable.

Bear in mind that the streets in Cefalu are steep and so are the stairs. Trolleys are no good companions here, better use a backpack!

The apartment is renovated and in good condition. The location is great - 3m walk from the historic center with all the restaurants and shops, and 3m walk from the hike to the top of the rock. Never met the staff, but he was very available via WhatsApp, and also when we ran into trouble with the parking , he even returned some money back with a wire transfer, which shows his commitment.

The onboarding process is a real hassle - first, you get a link to a system that you need to fill in a lot of details - I understand automatic process is nice, but guys - I'm on a vacation, and feels like I'm filling the paperwork for you. Next, it was challenging to find the apartment, located in very narrow allies - with a car it is challenging, you barely have a spot to stop your car to unload. Also the whole keyless - humanless process is not trivial, and I'm quite a techy guy. Parking is an issue, they provide some arrangment with a parking lot with a discount, but the explanations of how to get this discount were poor - you need to add the code when you enter! Better to send an explanation on that.

Recently renovated and very clean. Easy access.

Green light during the night was disturbing. No instructions how to recycle rubbish and couldn’t find any bins outside.
