Beautiful homestay by Red Beach. The host family were very attentive and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Access to the washing machine for free which was a huge perk for us. Very secure property.

Rhe place is quiet, safe and very close to the beach. The host family is lovely and relialable. Everything was clean.

Clean and spacious villa located in a quite small road, 5 min walking from the beautiful red beach (not really applicable for swimming) and 5-7 min driving from other two beaches with cafes. 5 min driving from the city where all necessary shops/markets can be found. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay. Clean room with good beds. Very lovely host family. Helped us with organizing safari trip, transfer and bike rent. They can also cook national dishes which were very delicious and a good value for money (comparing to restaurants).

Suggest to add additional closet or change it to the bigger one. It was a bit challenging to put clothes for 2 adults and 1 child as the closet was quite small.

perfect stay at Sunbeam - we booked for 2 nights but stayed for 4. We would have stayed longer if we could have! Great bed, mosquito net, beautiful room with exposed wood, great breakfast, impeccable service - eg super easy scooter rental, laundry etc. We felt we were taking a chance as it’s a relatively newer property to booking.com but wow it was good !
