Everything it was truly lovely from the decor, staff, facilities beautiful space and lovely stay

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The well-kept, beautiful gardens with thoughtful artsy buildings have a magical feeling. The staff were exceptionally friendly! Very helpful and accommodating. The food was also delicious. We did not expect such an enjoyable stopover. Future travels will include this as a destination, for sure.

It was a little confusing where to go initially due to the different signage on the buildings.

An oasis in the middle of the Karoo! Beautiful. Comfortable. The pre-arrival communication from Nashville was proactive and helpful - even sharing a menu with us to order dinner ahead of time! We travelled with pets and there was more than enough space for them including a little private courtyard for them to wonder around. We wished we were staying longer! But it gives us a reason to book again.

We struggle a little bit to find the location, but we gave Nashville a call and he directed us. Part of our confusion was the name Knus Richmond, was not the same on the site so a small update to the directions, name and various rooms / cottages available.

The design is impressive and full of pleasant surprises. Instead of resting we were busy discovering all the design elements ))) It was a pleasure to order food in advance and have it served at the cottage.

Exceptionally beautiful accommodation.

It was quite expensive, but I made a last minute booking which impacted the price. The entire establishment is of exceptional standard.
