Incredibly beautiful view from the garden to San Gimignano. Well equipped apartment with everything you need. The owner is incredibly thoughtful and kind. We would like to return for sure.

This is an exceptional property for this region, superb location just a few minutes walk from the old town and a lovely private terrace overlooking the town. The apartment, which is essentially two interconnected bedrooms each with a private bathroom and separate entrance and one with a small kitchen and laundry, is finished to an a very high standard throughout. Furnished with quality linens and thoughtful additional touches this is just what you need as a base after a long day sightseeing. The host, Claudia, achieves the perfect balance between offering privacy and bring on hand if you need anything. We will return!

Beautifully decorated and very clean room. The bathroom was excellent with a spacious shower. Only 5 minutes walk to centre and large supermarket. Nice terrace we could use but only before other guests checked in then we were not allowed.

Dark windowless room which didn't even have a fridge. The towels were cheap, thin and rough. There was a coffee machine but we were only given 2 pods in total for 2 days and it cost 1euro each if we wanted more. The coffee machine and kettle were set up on a flimsy trolley so we had to put them on the floor to use them just to be safe. Soap and shampoo were cheap as well. Only one tiny garbage bin in the bathroom so we had to take rubbish with us and throw in public bins.

Very tastefully, stylishly furnished, comfortable and perfectly clean apartments, where we found everything we needed. They are not exactly in San Gimignano, but the city center is easily accessible on foot, so our car did not move from the parking space during our whole stay. The private parking space is not completely in the courtyard, but very close. There is a supermarket very close by, where you can find products not only for breakfast, but also for dinner, if you decide not to have dinner in the city. The courtyard of the apartment offers a stunning view of the medieval city as well as olive gardens. It was nice place to have breakfast, lunch, coffee or just relax here, despite the fact that the courtyard is very close to the street. The hostess was very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and fast.

There is not much space in the kitchen. If the weather had been bad, even having breakfast for 3 people would have been difficult. And we couldn't manage to use the induction hob - but maybe that's our problem. We didn't even want to bother the hostess with such a small thing.

Very clean and comfortable, mainly excellent bed. It's situated in a beautiful countryside, and just a few minutes walk from the old town.

It is an awesome place in San Gimignano. It has everything you need: Hot shower, comfortable bed and it is very well located. Grazie mille!!
