Where to start... I honestly felt lied to. The property looked complete online and nothing was said about it being a work in progress. We stayed here for the hot tub, but it was disgusting. The water was stagnant and slimey, so we didn't use it. The place wasn't clean and smelled like a wet dog, despite a £35 cleaning charge. The circuit board tripped while having a shower, turning off all power in the apartment. Many of the sockets didnt have faceplates. The backdoor to the hot tub still had its protective stickers on it, and it wouldnt close!! The front door was difficult to close and was coming off at the hinge, but thankfully it did close, unlike the back door... The 2 small portable heaters were falling apart, which is not safe. The sofa had a certain stain on it (if you know what I mean)... It felt unhygienic and unsafe to stay here. For the amount of money that we paid, it was not acceptable! There was no mention of any of these issues before booking. The man that met us was friendly, but it feels like he was overcharging for this place so that he can renovate it, which is not the way to do things. Especially if you entice people to stay through being dishonest about the properties condition. The place has potential, but in its current state I cannot recommend staying here! I paid £130ish to stay here for 1 night, but you couldn't even PAY ME to stay here in its current state! Very disappointed

Apartment did not meet our expectation, that's why we cancel the booking, but the good thing is that we got refund. Thanks to the owner and booking.com as well.

Nice looking basement apartment. Felt like work had been put into it. The beds were comfortable and kitchen looked nice.

The shower in the back bedroom would not get hot, so I had to shower in the other bathroom. The water gets all over the floor. The doors were very difficult to open. You had to really work the key to get them to open. The door to the apartment has a deadlock on the door, but no hole in the frame for it to go into, so it's just for looks. The hot tub is technically outside with a tarp cover over the area to give some privacy, but the hot tub was not heated when we arrived, and it takes hours for it to heat up. We arrived after 9 pm, and tried to heat it up. When we turned on the jets, it was a bit loud and a neighbor complained so we had to turn off the jets. We stayed only one night, so we couldn't use the hot tub at all.
