Great location right on Long Beach, with plenty of cozy restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds and air conditioning and on top of that, the entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful. We visited just before the start of the season, and they were still working hard to rebuild after the monsoons, but despite that, their effort and dedication really stood out. Once everything is fully finished, this place will be top-notch

There’s no hot water but it didn’t bother us with the heat outside. Sometimes there is a bit of smell from the bathroom.

Wifi toimi heikosti. Emme saaneet yhteystietoa keneen ottaa yhteyttä, mutta työntekijä löytyi usein läheltä.

Son casetas, pero como casi todos los alojamientos allí, no hay agua caliente, no hay WiFi, ni grandes lujos.

Buena ubicación y personal agradable. Al lado de las zonas de restaurantes y muy cerca del embarcadero. Fácil acceso al resto de playas de la isla gracias a estar próximo a una parada de taxi boats que te lleva a ellas. También está cerca de un sendero señalizado para llegar en 7-10 minutos a Coral bay. El alojamiento tiene una pequeña tienda con lo necesario: crema solar, bebidas, snacks…

Las puertas no sellaban bien, por lo que se metieron insectos en varias ocasiones. No obstante elegiría este hotel nuevamente si tuviera que hospedarme en Long beach.

Un giorno abbiamo avuto un guasto all’acqua in camera, ma lo staff ci ha subito fatto usare un altro bagno esterno per risolvere il problema
