Interessante Einrichtung in der ehemaligen Garage.Sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar. Die Strasse ist ziemlich ruhig. Gleich eine Bäkerei , in der man auch andere Sachen zum Essen kaufen kann. Weiter eine sehr gute Pizzeria, um die Ecke- "Charlotte" - eine Konditorei mit zahlreichen Backspezialitäten. Einfacher Zugang zur Wohnung mit Hilfe vom Code.

Es gibt kein Fenster ( Glastür), Temperatur nur mit der Klimaanlage regulierbar. Sehr schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wenig Küchenutensillien- kein Wasserkocher, nur eine kaputte Pfanne und zwei Töpfe. Keine Geschirrtücher.

Not only in the center

Our stay was disappointing due to poor hygiene, lack of support, and the host’s unacceptable attitude. On the very first day of our stay, we found a used condom and a wet wipe under the bed. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was poor—dust and dirt were clearly visible under the couch and on the floor. When we informed the host, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they responded with an insinuating and accusatory tone, as if we had left those items ourselves, which was both upsetting and offensive. To make matters worse, no cleaning staff was sent despite our complaint. We were forced to clean the apartment ourselves upon arrival. Additionally, most of the kitchen utensils were scratched, worn-out, and far from hygienic. Pots and pans were practically unusable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation and a matter of respect for guests. Unfortunately, this experience negatively impacted the beginning of our trip. I’m sharing this review as an honest warning for future guests who may consider booking this property.

The property is well located, clean, and modern.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the host. He was unreachable (his phone was off) and unavailable during check in, and we needed to wait for him 40 min in front of the property. In addition to this, we forgot an item in the property when we checked out, we made an appointment with him to pick it up by the end of the day, and when we got there it had been thrown out by the cleaning lady. The host did not make sure to communicate properly with his staff to prevent this from happening. For both accidents, the host was not really apologetic. He tried to blame his delay at check in on us and said that the item that was thrown out was really not very expensive. As far as check in, check in time was indicated until 8 pm on Booking, and we arrived at the property at 8:03 pm. As far as the item that was thrown out, it was actually a cooler containing expensive medicines.
