"horrible night"

location

bed bugs , it caused sleepless night, bug bites , skin irritation and swelling. there is tissue paper in toilet but no dust bin to throw it. AC remote not working. TV is slow and doesn’t respond well, remote also not working. Landline not working, employee gave me his number and asked me to contact him instead of using landline

the fact that there was No Water, tea/coffee amenities in the room was a big turn off for guests.
