"Smart accommodation in a prime location to enjoy the beauty of Rotorua and its sights."

Excellent location overlooking the Rotorua lakefront and park. Around the corner from Eat Street and a great ice cream shop. Very good kitchen facilities. We appreciated the discount available to book the beautiful Wai Ariki Spa.

Sound of music carried from nearby pub but usually finished at a reasonable hour.

Very nice apartment with an open view Very close to restaurant, the see and playground for kids Parking us super convienient And close to most of the local activities

Outdoor furniture could be better a the indoor are super nice But nothing major to complain about!

"Great location to enjoy Rotorua"

Great location around the corner from Eat Streat. Easy access with underground carpark and lift. Spacious, secure apartment with balcony overlooking the parkland and lake.

Balcony could do with a spruce up. There was a lot of water lying around in the lift when it rained.
