USThe breakfast was great, and it was served in their café. The café's environment is beautifully decorated in Tibetan design.
I visited during the wrong season, and it rained a lot. I had no other option since I had to match my trip with my daughter's school vacation. However, I was lucky enough to have rain only at night.
INIt's an absolutely serene place to stay at. The decors are stunning and the books around the property are very charming and comfortable. We were allowed to sit in the lobby for hours after hour check out while it was raining heavily. Sitting there and reading was the most serene experience ever... The staff tried their best to help with multiple things.
The people working in the restaurant are pretty disinterested in working and serving food. I would recommend going to the cafe instead which is located at the property. The 'complimentary' breakfast is also not worth it.
INthe staff was nice, especially Pema at the front desk.
