Villa Ninetta

A lovely warm welcome by the owner who stayed up late to welcome us (flight delayed) with a smile, and some provisions for breakfast the following morning was very much appreciated. The villa is large, we had use of 4 of the 5 bedrooms and 1 was en-suite, another had a loo next to it, and a family bathroom was shared by 2 bedrooms. We had use of all the facilities, charcoal provided free for the bbq, dishwasher and additional fridge and freezer proved very useful. The internet connection was good and could be used when sat by the pool. The owner provided good communication throughout the process from the initial booking onwards, which did include dealing with an unexpected power cut. We also appreciated the mosquito deterrents which were needed, as the property is rural.

It is rural and ideal for us as we just needed a base to attend a wedding, so whilst I have no complaints, if you want to stay somewhere vibrant it wouldn’t be for you.

La casa è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutto il necessario. È perfetta anche per le famiglie, con spazi comodi e accoglienti che rendono tutto ancora più piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale all'host, estremamente gentile e disponibile. Speriamo di tornare presto!

This villa was set up perfectly for our large family, it included everything we needed. Ylenia was exceptional and very helpful when our arrival was delayed by issues at the airport. She even had the baby crib and toys set up for the little one. We loved the outdoor lighting, great for unwinding in the evening. All guests were impressed and we would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area.

The trash/recycle system took a little getting used to, but that’s the town policy not a reflection on the owner or property itself.

Fabulous house with lots of space and everything we could ask for. Ylenia was a super helpful host and organised a winery visit for us. She also gave us lots of good recommendations for food in Casalincontrada, which is five minutes away, and in Bucchianico and Chieti, both of which are within easy driving distance.

Our host was very friendly and responsive. The home was very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The garden and the pool were a great addition to the experience. The location provided a quiet environment and amazing views of the area.

Property was perfect - it was one of the best properties we stayed in at Italy. it was beautiful, large, and well equipped. Great base to explore the area. Host was by far the best and most accomodating that I have ever dealt with. Even helping us get medical care for our child. Highly recommend a stay here!

This is a beautiful house in a peaceful location - surrounded by olive trees and beyond them, lots of lovely towns to visit. We had a glorious time here relaxing with the family. The house has everything you need, the hosts are warm and charming. We loved it!
