We stayed in a room with a balcony and was perfect. The rooms are very clean, the owner was kind and helped us with everything. I highly recommend this place if you want to avoid the chaotic city center.

Amazing place with very comfortable, clean and new room. We decided to extend our stay because we loved it so much ! Very friendly and available staff. The food was excellent and we asked for a dinner one night. The surroundings are very calm. Highly recommend !

Amazing Hosts. Very kind family. Breakfast was amazing. Good spread of fruit, eggs, cake and more. Try the pumpkin soup !! Hosts arranged for our laundry to be cleaned & had it back within 24hrs

The location wasn’t ideal if you want to visit Ella. Was difficult to get a tuktuk on pick me however hosts kindly brought us into Ella town whenever we asked. 1000Rp per trip. Was easy to get a tuktuk from Ella back to the accommodation

It was a pleasure meeting the owners of this place. Such a kind couple with two helpful daughters. Outstanding hospitality, they cooked dinner for us, always were around to help and provided us with best recommendations. The place is a bit outside of the busy area, which makes it quiet and relaxing. We had a family room with an extra sofa, and a private entrance to the main terrace. I was personally lacking some shelfs or a wardrobe to put my stuff somewhere, but overall the room was nice and comfortable. Good fit for a short stay, needs some more furniture inside the rooms to make the stay comfortable. I’m sure the owners will keep on improving and building this place to welcome new guests and provide the best local hospitality.

If you are looking for a quiet home stay to take a break from hotels, then this is the perfect place for you. We only stayed here for one night as it was our overnight stop on our way to Galle, but it was enough time to see how special this place is. It is newly built, located above the road away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It has a beautiful mountain view that you will appreciate as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. It is well maintained, clean and tidy. However, the whole experience would not have been the same without the warm welcome and hospitality of the owner Chathu and her family. They organized a Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast for us and made us feel very welcome. If we ever find ourselves in Ella again, we will definitely be back.
