Sehr schön und hochwertig renoviertes Apartment in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, optisch überaus ansprechend. Die Betten waren sehr gut, in der Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten am Straßenrand in der Nähe.

Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist ziemlich trist, Passoscuro ist eine Stadt, die man nicht gesehen haben muss, ohne richtiges Zentrum und ohne Flair.

Locale pulito accogliente e molto grazioso. Propietario disponibile. La casa é ben curata nei particolari come wifi e serrande elettriche. Dotata di tutto 2 TV, phon ferro da stiro e lavatrice. Addirittura cosa particolarmente carina, ha scaldato la casa prima del nostro arrivo e ha aggiunto sul divano letto un materassino in più(topping) non richiesto, per farci stare più comodi.

Everything the house was nice and cleanliness was perfect, most importantly the host was amazingly helpful. Godless him.

Transport connections is not good from the location area, seems a bit disconnected from Rome. You need to arrange a car from airport.

The area is very quiet, the beach is a minute away. Multiple restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

The bathroom was very modern and nice. Which made me want to REMODEL MY home. Excellent facilities 👍

"Luca was AWESOME!"

Luca the host was AMAZING!! He was very helpful in providing us information about transportation and things to do. His home was lovely and had everything we needed! The bus routes were tricky so make sure to check the schedule the day before so u don't miss the bus into Rome or wherever u are going. Luca went above and beyond and even got us a private shuttle to the cruise port! Would definitely recommend this home if you are looking for a clean, beautiful, and quiet place by the water and fairly close to Rome!

The biggest challenge was figuring out the bus schedules and where to go to get on the correct bus. It took awhile figuring things out with not knowing the language and having limited wifi. We only had wifi in the hosts home which was great!
