He lied about the air condition The apartment had a cockroach infestation Things smelled like sweat The boiler is installed in the living room which makes an awful amount of noise when the bathroom is used The owner claimed he didn't get any notification about our arrival and came in to after 45 minutes. Then he told us he need to clean the apartment given the previous tenants left the apartment in a mess We had to wait an extra 40 minutes after we arrived from a really long drive. The owner finally let us in but then admitted that there is no air-conditioning and that it's a work in progress. The windows had no bug nets to keep the mosquitos out thus we ended up getting stung. The location seems to be near a dog shelter of some sorts so the rachet the barking kept us up all night It was the worst stay I ever had with bookings

Florin's place was absolutely fabulous. It is in a very quiet neighborhood of Sibiu which used to be a separate village. It is some 2 km riverfront walk from the downtown. The apartment is very well furnished, it has a washing machine, all the possible cooking utensils, and several ways to make coffee (including Moka!). It has a nice balcony and living room, and a very comfortable bedroom with a lot of storage space. Florin was very attentive and responsive, helping us with anything we needed. The place is also great for work, the internet works great, it is quiet, safe, and friendly.
