The room is very well maintained for a comfortable and reasonable price. The staff is also a very nice and kind bunch. Anyone can suggest to stay at this place without fear or doubt.

"Not recommended at all."

Nothing at all

The property facility is not in line with the pictures shown on the website. Very uncomfortable beds. Washrooms are not cleaned as well. Ants are all over the bathroom. No soap, tooth brush, towels in the bathroom. Even I was charged Rs. 300 more than the price in the website.

It's close to the race course and Gregory lake. The view of Nuwara Eliya is beautiful from the dining hall.

The whole hotel is on the 2nd floor. We went as a family, the elderly found it a bit difficult to climb up two stories. Because of this we had to plan our local visits so that we go out in the morning and come back only in the evening for the night stay. To avoid elderly people climbing the two stories many times.
