Good with basic amenities. Mr Shaji Nair , the host, a nice person and keeps in touch enquiring about requirements. Worth of the money for 6-8 group.

The rooms seemed to have not been cleaned after last persons vacated and we were just checked in without cleaning. There were undergarment and used soaps and toiletries in the wash room , indications of not cleaned after last visitors check out. Water bottles provided were of local companies. Instead provision of water purifier would be better. TV not available.
