Easy access, ample parking spaces, spacious apartment, air cond is new and works well, all the cooking utensils are provided and has a security guard in front of the building and main gate..feel secure meh..

Water pressure in the main bathroom is not too high…tak syok mandi mandas and no proper hose connect to the pipe. There’s also a room for improvement in terms of cleanliness in some areas inside the bathroom.
