Hotel und Restaurant und insbesondere die dort arbeitenden Menschen, einfach grandios

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the waiters and other staff working in the restaurant was very friendly and knowledgeable and you could see that they are very well trained. I drive a very big American RAM pickup truck and the guard at the entrance gate to the hotel went and got a Reserved Parking sign and over the three days of our stay, every time we left the hotel he would put the sign in the one parking bay that would fit my truck, very special service!! Food in the restaurant is very good and they have a pretty good wine list on the menu.

We stayed in a "twin suite" and the television was in the small living room in front of a two-seater couch. Would be better to have the tv in the bedroom.

Loved the local food.

Need black out curtains as cars park in front of the rooms. Some visitors play loud music in their cars.

Breakfast was fair. Waited quite a bit for it.

I did not have hot water for 2 mornings. Smoking at dinner was not limited to certain places at the restaurant. People were smoking all over. Even in non-smoking areas.

food at the restaurant was good. restaurant staff also friendly and pleasant.

Front desk staff need some customer service training. seemed like they didn't want to bothered to do their job. Went to return my keys at check out and they literally stared at their phones and didn't say a word. I finally asked, "does someone want to take the keys?"
