Worth saying that although Booking.com lists the property as having 'air conditioning', in fact the 'air conditioning' is a 'water cooler' which is nowhere near as efficient when the weather is hot. It also requires regular filling with water and puts lots of damp air into the room. If it runs out of water at night it makes the most ridiculously loud noise!

I'd only suggest that the gate pinpad was placed so that I didnt need to get out the car to get to it, and that it was in a place where i wouldnt have to stick my arm through the gate bars to reach it.

ZAThe hosts were very accommodating - they left a little box of Grandpa's, Rennie's and earbuds - very nice. I slept well and did not feel unsafe inside the property. When opening the gate you have to get out the vehicle and enter a pin - I also felt safe doing this as there were no bushes around the gate where someone can hide and the gate is located at the end of a street and totally gated from the other side.
That Google Maps takes you to a road that you cannot access as it is gated - the host did send a message well before and gave instructions as to what to put in to Maps to get to the right road etc.
