The Air conditioning kept us very comfortable, and the room is modern and very nice. The free breakfast at the Giargieri Bar is amazing, even the locals consider it the best in town. All around a great experience, will definitely book again.

Really nothing to not like but a friendly tip to anyone who checks in is to go to the bar down the street before stoping at the B&B, that is where the process takes place. It’s a short 2 minute walk down via Nazionale.

Location was good, great sized room.

Very tricky to gain access. Had to call owner and wait, despite advising of arrival time.

The accommodation is very well equipped, elegantly furnished, clean and tidy. In addition to the accommodation, we were also impressed by the hospitality and helpfulness of our hosts and their employees. The hosts have their own cafe and restaurant, which is approx. It is 100 meters away. They serve a rich and delicious breakfast and lunch in an elegant environment. The accommodation price includes breakfast. The prices are very good. They also offer a wide selection of ice-cream and cakes, which are impossible to resist. I can wholehearted recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Arrived at Giargeri Hotel at around 8am in the morning. Nobody was there to greet us (which I have beforehand spoke to someone on booking.com that we were going to arrive early and they told us that it was not a problem but room may not be ready yet and i said that it was not a problem and asked if we can leave the luggage there and if there was a reception so that we can begin our day and they said yes it was not a problem). After a long time trying to reach them and with the help of our driver, we got knowledge that check in had to be done in a nearby cafeteria (which I was not informed before). Please note that we were my husband, my daughter (23 months old), myself and my in laws (both of senior age). After some more talking on the phone trying to get someone there, a very helpful lady came offering us a temporary room because ours was not ready yet (she told us so and that people are still in our room) so that we could have taken out some things . Room was not the one booked and paid for! They put the blame on booking.com that they described it themselves. Complained but only solution was a bed on the floor that couldn't work with us! Room that was booked was described that it had 2 single beds (90-130cm wide), 1 double bed (131 - 150 cm wide), 1 large double bed (151 - 180cm wide). We were given a room with 1 bunk bed and a double bed! I had a 23month old baby that only sleeps near us and my in laws that are of a senior age! no bunk bed was good for us for sure!!! After showing my frustration, this man, i think he was the owner told us that we don't have to complain we have coffee and 2 TVs!!!! AC came out from a small hole trying to reach in 3 different rooms! We had to ask for 2 fans but only one arrived! 1 card key for 4 ppl (asked for another one but never came) no electric kettle (asked for one but never came) was in the room to make warm water for bottles.

the hotel has no lift and is in a very heavy traffic area , also when you arrive you find no one than you have to walk about 13 min to go and bring the key, you never find a parking where to park the car ,,, the room was nice
