First at all we didn’t stay on this place , because wrong adress , wrong phone number nobody waited or give information to find!? Next day someone called and said o it’s wrong address!! Very unfriendly people!!

The flat was allright

ON booking.com the address is false, the houe number is not correct. They didnt send me the right one until arrival, we couldnt reach them by phone, we waited 4 hours and afterwards we checked into another apartment. Later we could checkin, after 2 days, but we still wait for our refund. There are only 2 bedrooms, not 3, as mentioned on booking.com. The jaccuzzi didnt work at all. I wrote the owner several times, but they did not come to fix it, they didnt seem to bother.

Apartma je prostoren, moderno urejen. Terasa je velika. Težava je v tem, da so zmogljivosti apartmaja velike, vendar zaradi neredne skrbi za določene dele (npr. jacuzzi, pomivalni stroj) bivanje v stanovanju za nas ni bilo prijetno.

Naš glavni razlog za dopust tukaj je bil jacuzzi. Pred prihodom sem zato pri kontaktni gospe več krat preverila ali bo delujoč, pri čemer je bil odgovor zmeraj pritrdilen. Ob prihodu je bila voda v jacuzziju zelena od alg. Pomivalni stroj v kuhinji je bil prav tako zelo umazan (na sliki), zaradi česar je tudi močno zaudarjal. Oboje omenjeno so komentirali tudi gostje, ki so oceno podali nekaj tednov pred nami (ob rezervaciji tako te ocene nismo zasledili). Prav tako so v kuhinjskem predalu bila dlje časa odprta živila (npr. moka, sladkor, sladkarije) in razpisne drobtinice.

Prisli smo v popolnoma umazan apartma, pasje dlake povsod, povsod prah, umazane rjuhe in brisace, zaveden napacen naslov na bookingu, kljub nakdnadnemu ciscenju sosede so odtoki zamaseni in smo jih sami ocistili, zar neociscen, pomivalec zafilan filter, jacuzzi zelen z algami, posode umazane jn brez pokrovov, skoraj nobenih kuhinjskih orodij, kontaktna stevilka - nihce se ne javi.

The apartment itself is very nice, modern, clean, with a beautiful balcony and a great view of the sea and surroundings. The kitchen is full equipped, and the neighborhood is quiet.

The apartment was a bit hard to find because the house number on Booking was 34, while in reality it is 43. We also did not received the mailbox code in inbox, so we had to ask a neighbor to open it for us. The wifi only worked after we restarted the router. One bedsheet was dirty and had to be replaced. The shower drain was very slow. It was also cold at first since the heating is via the air conditioner, and it took some time to warm up.

Nehezen lehetett megtalálni a szállást! A szállásadót nehezen lehetett elérni! Emailben és telefonon is többször próbálkoztunk mire reagált! Jakuzzi koszos ,túlságosan klóros víz! Akadozva működött! Veszélyes ,csúszos lépcső az emeletre amiből lett is egy baleset! Erre se reagált a szállásadó!

Zelo mirna lokacija z nekaj lepimi sprehodi v neposredni bližini. Gostoljubno opremljen in čist apartma, čudovit pogled s terase in spalnice.

Naveden je napačen naslov, kontaktna številka pa ni dosegljiva, tako da smo pravo stavbo na koncu našli šele s pomočjo fotografij ... v temi, po več kot dveh urah iskanja.

Numero civico indicato sul sito è errato ; il munero corretto è 43 e non 34. Siamo arrivati che era già buio e non ci sono indicazioni per raggiungere facilmente l'appartamento , ci siamo dovuti far aiutare dalle persone del posto molto gentili, che si sono rese disponibili di parlare direttamente con il proprietario per farsi spiegare in modo dettagliato dove era l'appartamento ( indicandoci anche il numero civico corretto). Per raggiungere Korte purtroppo bisogno fare un po di tornanti non segnalati e non illuminati.

Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft auf Korte. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit nach Izola,Portoroz,Piran und Koper. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Slowenen. In den Gaststätten wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und bestens bedient. Die Speisen waren exquisit, vom einfachen Mahl bis zur gehobenen Küche.

Durch einen Zahlendreher der Postleitzahl und nicht richtig angegebene Telefonnummer waren wir nach Ankunft in Korte fast zwei Stunden auf der Suche nach unserem Urlaubsdomizil. Freundliche Menschen haben versucht, uns zu helfen. Eine junge Frau hat uns dann gut geholfen, nachdem sie dieUnterkunftsbilder auf ihrem Handy bei Booking.com gesehen hat, die wir bestätigt hatten, zur richtigen Adresse begleitet. Dank der Hilfe mehreren Einheimischen, waren wir erleichtert, die richtige Unterkunft zu finden. Nicht gefallen hatte uns die erste Anfahrtsstrecke von Izola nach Korte, sehr enge Straßen mit Steigungen von fast 30-35%. Haben dann später leichtere Strecken gefunden, die man bequemer fahren konnte
