Vase Apartman

The day before arrival they said that there was a technical problem in the appartment, we got offered much worse appartment, we didn’t accept. I read the comments and the “technical problem” is already since some time ago and they let us know just one day before. Looks like they are having this better appartment just to get reservations, but they are accommodating the people in another places that have nothing to do with the appartment that you reserved. I also said to the owner to say to booking.com that they actually can’t rent the appartment, they didn’t do it. We needed to reserve something last minute, stressful since we were travelling with a baby.

The host is very nice and easy to find solution (we payed 10 days later as we forgot that it is not taken from the cc)

The apartment was changed at the last moment, and this one was not the standards of the one we booked. It was evening we were tired, and we continued our trip in the morning, so it was not that bed in our case.

We were informed on the day of arrival that due some reasons the host couldn't accommodate us, so in last minute we had to look for a different accomodation.

With 15 minutes before my arrival at property he wrote to me "we cannot accomodate you". I booked the appartement with one week before. He could write me before my arrival with few hours. I had very very bad experience with owner of this appartement. I am very disappointed with experience of booking.com in this case.

Contactless check in

When we arrived at the apartment, the owner informed us that we couldn't enter due to technical difficulties. Instead, we were directed to a completely different, older apartment. The location was not where we wanted to be, the bathroom smelled awful, and the apartment was unclean. Very unprofessional.

Come here 2nd time, even better then before like it a lot
