Conveniently located if you are in Bellville to write exams. The place has more than enough cupboard space to not live out of a suitcase. The place was more than spacious for one person. Safe and secure parking. Hot water was always available. The kitchen is fully equipt.

The neighbours work from home and makes a lot of noise. It's not something the owner has control over I know, but it is not ideal if you want a sense of peace to study in. No wifi signal in the bedroom. No remote for the aircon. The blind in the bedroom is broken.

Very nice and big place, and quiet area.

Quiet, convenient, worth the money

Hot water issues, but not a dealbreaker.

1. The check in was early 2. The accomodation inside is very clean and a lot space...big lounge, big kitchen and big bathroom 3. Nice and large front yard to Park the car and make some work out (exercise) too 4. Extra bed and so many closet intire the house 5. The landlord is so kindly...so attention.

1. Only bathroom is inside the bedroom. So to go at bathroom you need to pass in the bedroom 2.the extra bed need some privacity with curtain because the bed is in the lounge 3. The kitchen need more pots.
