Good staff and good Ambience. Cutlery and amenities such as water bottles, coffee were provided at quick service and the staff was also kind and helpful.

There was frequent power cut and since the AC control was with the administration, so had to call aand followup couple times to get it turned on.

They promised wifi when I had called rhe contact center but when I went there they have no wifi. Bathrooms were pathetically unclean and stinking. Linen were not clean. They had stains and stench. TV didn't have enough channels even for kids. No shampoos or dental kits. Only tiny Soaps.

OYO is a scam. I booked this hotel and selected 3 guest. The price showing at the booking was less than what the blunder OYO done. Upon reaching the property it was showing booking for 2 person. If want to add extra person the hotel was asking 300 extra. During the booking process the amount was shown on booking.com was less 300. So I refused to check-in due to this fraud at 3 am early morning. I paid higher charges to book another hotel and cancelled OYO booking on ethical ground. It was an harrasment by OYO. Unreliable.
