Хозяин очень дружелюбный, спросил когда приедем, выслал локацию, встретил у ворот, подсказал ближайший ресторан. Есть собственная парковка и магазины неподалеку. Ещё из плюсов наличие посудомоечной машины, духовки и стиралки.
