Everything!! The hosts, the facilites, breakfast and location was excellent!!

The only thing that it is not in the host control is that the room could be a little noisy as the accomodaton is in the heart of Lucca. Apart from this was perfect

Breakfast was fabulous!! Our accommodations were fabulous, a bit noisy outside but was not an issue. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our time with Mirka & Monty. 🇮🇹🎉🍷

A bit more light in bathroom for applying make-up

The breakfast was fabulous inclusive of fresh bread, cheese, meats, fruit, etc. Location was ideal in that it was quiet but close to points of interest. I especially liked the rooftop garden for relaxing.

Mirko and Montira were very welcoming and perfect hosts. Late check in was no problem. Our room was perfect, very quiet spotlessly clean and has a pared back minimalist style, which we like. Breakfast was lovely with bonus homemade savoury and cake, all taken in a beautiful rooftop terrace. We could not recommend this accommodation more highly, and hope to return in the near future.

Nothing

This place is truly lovely. Very clean and very up to date. The accomodation feels really new and modern, while not losing its authentic touch. Breakfast is served on the rooftop patio. Breakfast is really good and the patio is really nice as well. The location is also great, in the old city centre, very close to the eclipse shaped Lucca square. Parking is easy to reach too, by just a small walk. But the most important thing in my opinion is that the 2 hosts are amazingly kind and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation.

I honestly have no complaints at all

The entire experience was fantastic and we absolutely loved this place and being hosted by Monty and Mirko. They are such a lovely couple and really make you feel welcome and at ease. They have done an incredible renovation job on the property, to a very high standard. The location in the old town is perfect for exploring on foot (or by bike). We especially enjoyed breakfast out on the terrace in the sun while chatting to Monty and Mirko.

The hotel owners are amazing. Very kind, eager to help with whatever you need and with great recommendations around the town. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. In a great location in the city center that is also close enough to parking outside the ztl, so very convenient.
