Friendly welcoming host. Great breakfast range provided in the communal kitchen to help yourself to. Room modern , well appointed and clean

Everything good during our stay as the other guests in the 2 other rooms were quiet , but it could be a different matter if others staying were noisy and / or wanted to watch TV in the communal sitting area as rooms not soundproofed
